Solutions4Wellbeing is located at the heart of the Kiama city centre. Our facilities have onsite parking and street level access from the car park. Our clinic consists of 3 consult room and an exercise clinic.
Our exercise clinic is equipped with pin-loaded weight machines, cardiovascular machines, free weights and a wide variety of fitness equipment as well as Pilates spring-loaded reformers, cadillac and wunda chair.

Newly diagnosed or currently living with Parkinson's Disease? Parkinson's can be challenging, affecting you, close friends and family. Luckily for the Kiama community, we have a strong support group for people living with Parkinson's Disease. We work closely with the Parkinson's Kiama Group and Parkinson's NSW to provide individuals with access to information and exercise to help with the management of the disease.
Solutions4Wellbeing Parkinson's Heroes are supervised group exercise classes designed to make the most of your abilities using the best available scientific evidence. Our accredited physiotherapists and exercise physiologists guide clients through exercises chosen to improve strength, fitness, mobility, balance, cognitive function and posture allowing clients to work at their own pace.
Our aim is to give you the knowledge and confidence to live life as fully as possible and to continue exercising for long term health and fitness.

10 WEEK CHALLENGE
Whether you are at risk of or living with type 2 diabetes, this program is especially designed to achieve a sustainable healthy lifestyle, reducing the risk and development of diabetes. Over 10 weeks in a group coaching session supervised by an Exercise Physiologist, you will receive information package, support and an individualised program to perform at our practice.

If you'd like to enjoy better health and improve your lifestyle, the 10 week challenge will help you make the right choices. The program assists:

Anyone living with diabetes or pre-diabetes
Sustainable weight loss
What it involves
An initial assessment with an accredited exercise physiologist.
A second session with an exercise physiologist for individualised program development.
1 x weekly one hour group exercise sessions with blood sugar monitoring and continued education.
