Up to 45 minutes initial consultation for physiotherapy, involving history taking, assessment and, if time, treatment.

Standard Consultation (Follow Up Consultations)
Up to 30 minutes standard consultation for physiotherapy.

Pensioner Concession Standard Consultation
Up to 30 minutes pensioner concession standard consultation for physiotherapy.

Gym Premium Membership
(Fortnightly Direct Debit)
$59.95
Unlimited use of the facility as well as access to all classes offered at S4WB charged fortnightly via direct debit.
10 Visit Pass

10 x 1 day access to use the gym and/or timetabled classes.
