Strength and Stability

Improve muscle mass and bone density, strength and balance. Ideal for general fitness or medical conditions such as osteoarthritis, osteoporosis, or diabetes

Heart Health

Focused on improving your cardiovascular system (heart and lung health). Ideal for general fitness or medical conditions such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol or diabetes.

Stretch and Active Stretch

Improve you mobility with dynamic and static stretches, joint and soft tissue mobilisation. Ideal for general mobility, muscle imbalances or joint pain or medical conditions such as osteoarthritis.

Mat Class

Pilates informed mat class supervised by exercise physiologist, physiotherapist or personal trainer.

Circuit Class

A class combining functional movements, weight training and cardiovascular training for overall fitness.

Parkinson's Group

A once a week exercise and education program designed to improve or maintain mobility and cognitive function in those suffering from Parkinson's disease.

Falls Prevention

An 8 week evidence-based program designed to strengthen muscles and improve balance for those who are at a greater risk of falls
