Susan is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) with more than 20 years of clinical experience. Susan has practised in a wide variety of areas including injury rehabilitation, chronic disease management, weight management, falls prevention, pain management, clinical Pilates, cardiac rehabilitation, and Indigenous health.
Outside work Susan has played hockey at a high level of competition, enjoys social sports with family and friends including touch football, tennis, stand up paddle boarding, and coastal walks.
Susan’s qualifications include: Bachelor of Exercise Science (University of Wollongong), SCOPE Certification (World Obesity Federation), Level 2 Wellness Coach (Wellness Coaching Australia), mat work Pilates (Pilates Institute of Queensland)
Julie is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and is originally from cider- making country in the South West of England, she moved to Wollongong four years ago. She has a background as a Physical Education teacher and was lucky enough to teach in Thailand for two years as well as schools around the UK.
After leaving teaching, Julie opened up her own gym and spent eight years running the business as well as working as a Personal Trainer. In 2016 Julie and her partner made a new start in Australia.
Julie loves to travel and is an an avid sports fan! She is excited to help people achieve their heath and fitness goals.
Julie's qualifications include Master of Exercise and Health Science (University of Bristol, UK) and Bachelor of Exercise Physiology (University of Wollongong).
Louise is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP), Exercise Scientist, Nutrition Scientist, Remedial Massage Therapist and Level 1 Sports Trainer.
Louise has worked as a remedial massage therapist and sports trainer for the last 10 years. She has worked with many sporting teams in rugby league, AFL and cricket including the Sydney Swans, St. George Illawarra Dragons and many other NRL clubs, the Australian Cricket Team, NSW Cricket Team and Wollongong Bulldogs AFL. Louise is passionate about improving people's relationship with exercise and food, this led her to study Exercise Physiology and Nutrition.
On the weekends you will find Louise bushwalking and exploring waterfalls or at the beach. Louise also enjoys watching AFL and cricket, and catching up with friends over a coffee or wine.
