DIETETICS
Dietetics applies a scientific understanding of nutrition, diet and it's effects on health.
Dietitians understand how your body works and how food and drinks help nourish both healthy individuals and those with medical conditions that are affected by or treated with nutrition.
University trained Dietitians provide specialised and tailored nutrition advice to suit an individual’s lifestyle, taste preferences and longer-term health goals. Accredited Practising Dietitians are the gold-standard in Australia as neither ‘Dietitian’ or ‘Nutritionist’ are protected or regulated.
"People choose diets because they seem easier than committing to behaviour change."

FAQ
WHAT HAPPENS AT MY DIETETICS CONSULTATION?
At your first consultation, your Dietitian will work to get a full understanding of your health and lifestyle goals and any challenges you are facing in order to achieve these goals.
They will then work with you to tailor individual advice that takes into consideration your lifestyle, tastes and food preferences and overall goals in order to achieve long term lifestyle change.
Your Dietitian will also remove the confusion around the often-conflicting information about what is good, and not so good for you when it comes to diet and nutrition.
